Curious, cheerful, and ready to take action
Three women, three generations: we are #workhacks! Coming from different disciplines, we found each other because we share a passion. We specialise in organisational development, innovation, agile working, and startup thinking, and we love creating solutions that don’t yet exist.
Together, we aim to help more people experience self-directed, motivated, and positive collaboration.

Our why
Through countless change processes, we’ve learned how to approach transformation and have developed a systematic method for cultural change with #workhacks.
People are happier when they can shape their work autonomously.
We want to help more people achieve that.

Céline
Céline Iding, co-founder and author of #workhacks, has been part of Berlin’s startup scene for years, constantly navigating change – where standing still is never an option. From 2016 to 2023, she helped build the internet startup SwitchUp, playing a key role in its growth from 5 to 50 colleagues. Céline loves the stage, not only as a talented speaker but also delighting friends and family with performances from her self-founded theatre group.
She actively used #workhacks in her own team for years, constantly drawing inspiration for new hacks from hands-on practice. Céline knows change and the use of #workhacks from the inside out, leveraging this experience as a consultant for various organisations and teams.
Lydia
Lydia Schültken is the creator of #workhacks and the author of the book by the same name. As co-author of the bestseller ”Management Y“ and several other publications, she has shaped the discourse around “New Work.” She collects successful ideas for cultural transformation, combining them with scientific insights and common sense to create and refine new approaches. When she’s not developing the next #workhack, you’ll likely find her by the poolside or in the water at her favourite swimming club.
Lydia knows that the key to real change lies in developing good habits. Having introduced #workhacks to over 150 teams, she is our expert in driving minimal-invasive transformations.
Pia
Pia Betton is co-founder, our chief designer, and a true expert in user experience. With over 20 years of experience in management, as a board member, and as a mentor, she has seen it all, supporting global change processes focused on agility, digitalisation, innovation, and culture. Originally from Denmark with Swiss roots, married to an Australian, and having held a leadership role at the US based enterprise software company Nutanix the past 6 years, she literally embodies cultural collaboration. When she does get bored (which rarely happens), she enjoys working on her house on a Greek island.
Pia enriches the #workhacks team with ideas and concepts for internationalisation and product innovation.
