Alongside six actionable #workhacks, you’ll also explore how to effectively shape and reflect on change as a team.
How do we actually learn to change?
What motivates us as humans to embrace change? We tend to welcome it when we understand its purpose, see a clear benefit, and, most importantly, when it’s our choice. That's why we’ve developed a few core principles to guide our work:
- Voluntary: We work only with those who genuinely want to engage with us.
- Motivating: We inspire action but never dictate it.
- Proven: We only offer methods that have been thoroughly tested and found effective.
- Simple: The value of our #workhacks is clear after just a brief explanation.
“Flipping the Classroom”
We’ve developed a self-learning program inspired by the "Flipping the Classroom" concept: Instead of receiving instruction in class, students learn the material at home using resources and spend class time practicing and asking questions. Smart, right? We’ve adapted this approach by offering short videos and accompanying materials to explain our #workhacks. The time we spend together is then dedicated to answering questions, sharing experiences or providing practical tips, allowing everyone to learn at their own pace.
Our proven Approach to Change
We don’t just promise change; we prove it. To demonstrate the impact of our work, we’ve had our approach externally evaluated in major client projects. We wanted to understand if teams could learn to autono-mously transform their collaboration.
The result? Teams using #workhacks successfully initiate and implement change on their own. This directly enhances their sense of self-efficacy, something we prioritise. After all, we know that people are happier and more fulfilled when they have the autonomy to shape their own work.

Scale Cultural Change
Our Journeys provide a proven system for driving cultural transformation. Real change requires scalability; a single workshop for 20, 50, or even 100 people won’t cut it. That’s why we’ve designed the Journeys to be accessible to large numbers of people within an organisation, regardless of their location or department. This way, everyone can work together to "hack" your team’s collaboration.
